Holiday Countdown

Our friend Alfred is coming today to stay with us for a few days. It's always good to see him. He's laid back enough to be comfortable to host as a house guest, yet energetic enough to motivate us to go out and see the sights while he's here. As long as the weather cooperates, we are planning to go to the River of Lights at the Botanical Gardens tonight.

A unique New Mexico tradition is the luminaria displays. Christmas Eve is when the most are lit and there are city tours of the lights.
